Source to get Ticket Smart contract details or API to get balance of particular user

Is there a API or a source to get list of smart contracts to get ticket details of a particular user, please help us put with this.

We have tried using the NPM package but could not find adequate information for ticket , but the data is inconsistent and the documentation is unavailable currently.
